Lindsay Lohan, Out of Rehab

After finishing the program, Lindsay Lohan will make visits back for outpatient treatment. Lindsay Lohan checked out of Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah after spending a few months in rehab.

Lindsays father, Michael, said her daughter extended her stay at the recovery center, longer than needed because she had chosen to. He also went on to say that he will be there for her, but she’s going to have a lot of decisions to make on her own.

Lindsay and her father met twice while she was in rehab. Her father reportedly was released from prison in March.

Lindsay Lohan checked into the rehab center in late July after being arrested on five counts, including driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and possession of narcotics.

The arrest happened less than two weeks after leaving the rehab facility.

Within hours after the arrest, Lohan checked back into rehab. Lohan’s attorney, Blair Berk, said in a statement that the actress was “safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

Lindsay Lohan has struck up a relationship with Chesare, son of the late Sonny Bono while in rehab.
