The former Mouseketeer’s movie career continues to take off as he joins Mike Myers, Jessica Alba and Verne Troyer for a comedy.

With seven nominations each, Justin Timberlake and Beyonce were at the head of the pack when the nominations for the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards were announced on Tuesday. The two performers were followed by rapper Kanye West and Barbados R&B princess Rihanna – who received five nominations each.
